Prenatal Belly Dance (Plus) 8 Week Series

This is an 8 week progressive series where participants will not only learn belly dance moves and combinations but also breath work, meditations and much more., This class is part dance and part labor preparation. We will also learn about how to treat the postpartum body from and eastern medicine lens. Belly dance is the perfect dance to help a woman prepare physically for childbirth as it helps loosen the hips while helping tone the pelvic floor.
Each class will loosely follow the outline below though weekly topics will very.
